Denise Grunke
Ms. Grunke holds a BA from Midland Lutheran College, a MS from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a K-12 Education Administration endorsement from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and an Education Specialist degree from Wayne State College.
Ms. Grunke has been at West Point Public Schools since 2003. She was the elementary principal for two years and now is in her fifth year as the Director of Curriculum and Assessment. She previously taught at Dodge Public Schools for 8 years as the K-12 Principal/Activities Director. She spent 4 years as Coordinator of Distance Learning and Advanced Placement at Clarkson College, 11 years at Methodist College in Student Services and as Registrar, and 5 years at Valley Public Schools as a K-12 physical education teacher and coach.
Ms. Grunke's father was a graduate of West Point High School. Her favorite hobbies are reading and golf .
