Mr. Weddle holds a BS in Business Education from UNK. He received his MS in Educational Leadership from Doane. Mr. Weddle has been at West Point - Beemer High School since 2004. He began as Assistant Principal/Athletic Director from 2004 to 2009. He has been principal since 2009. Prior to West Point, he taught at Sterling, NE for 10 years

Dawn Theis, Secretary Mrs. Theis has been the principal's secretary at West Point-Beemer High School since 2006. She is married to Craig Theis (West Point Elementary 2nd Grade Teacher) and has one son, Jamison.
