Mr. Blankenship holds a BS in Secondary Education (Social Sciences) from Concordia University (Neb.) with a focus in Psychology.  Mr. Blankenship has been with West Point Public Schools since 2008.  He attended Waverly High School near Lincoln, NE where both his parents were educators.

Bill Frank

Mr. Frank holds a BS in K-12 P.E. from Sterling College Kansas with a middle school endorsement in social studies.  Mr. Frank has been at West Point Public Schools since 1999.  He taught four years at Esbon High School in Kansas , four years at White Rock High School in Kansas and 12 years at Axtell High School in Kansas. 

 

Mr. Frank played college football and track for four years and three years of college basketball .  He has coached for junior or senior high schools for 27+  years.  During those years, he coached 8-man football, boys' and girls' basketball, volleyball, and track for both boys and girls.  He has also coached in jr. high: football, boys' and girls' basketball, volleyball, and boys' and girls' track

Diana Knaak

Mrs. Knaak has her Bachelor of Science degree  from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Social Studies and Education.  Mrs. Knaak received her Master of Science in Education from Wayne State College.  She has been at WPPS since 1999.

She has 21 additional hours and has been a participant in 2 Teaching American History grants.
