PTO Minutes

Treasure Report:   Available upon request


Old Business:

  • Fundraiser:  packets are due tomorrow (September 6th)
  • $200 allowed for each teacher for classroom renovations
  • continue providing treats, supplies for each grade level
    • Charge accounts are set up at Lincoln Street Market and Graybeals
      • Please put grade level, name, and purpose on receipts
      • Turn receipts into Jamie Stigge or other PTO officers


New Business:

  • Officers will remain the same:
      • President:  Kayla Kuxhausen
      • Vice President:  Melissa Stutzman
      • Treasurer:  Jamie Stigge
      • Secretary:  Darcy Kruger
  • Parent-Teacher Conferences:  Thursday, October 26
    • PTO signs will be displayed
    • Lunch for teachers provided by PTO
      • sandwiches
      • will ask parents to provide other items
  • Red Ribbon Week is in October
    • Darcy will look for items for students in grades PreK-6
    • up to $1,000.00  Motion by Jamie  2nd Melissa  Motion carried
  • Memory Books
    • 1 free copy for each family
    • extra copies $5
    • Motion by Jamie  2nd by Barb  Motion carried
  • Directory:
    • Melissa will update
  • 2nd half of fundraiser will be in October
    • Dates
      • Kickoff:  Wednesday, October 25
      • Due:  Wednesday, November 8
    • Candy scramble for sellers from first fundraiser sales will be at the kick off assembly on Wednesday, October 25
      • Jamie will get the candy
    • Prize assembly for the 2 fundraisers combined will be Friday, December 22
      • time to be announced after confirming with Mr. Moran
