Summer Weight Lifting

Summer Weight lifting will begin on Monday, June 1st.

Included are two documents:
1. Diagram showing how athletes are to enter and exit the building - please click here.
2. Groups of Athletes working out during each session - please click here.

If you do not see yourself or your athlete listed on our scheduled times please contact their head coach or Mr. Lewis (alewis@wpcadets.net) to get them added into a lifting group.

All students on the first day will be receiving a waiver that needs to be signed in order to continue lifting. We need these waivers returned as soon as possible, if not returned in a timely manner the athlete will be removed from the workout schedule.

Athletes upon entering the building will be asked questions in regards to their health and possible exposure. Any athlete who has been exposed or displays symptoms can not be a part of the lifting program until cleared by a doctors note.

Our weight room has been adjusted to help social distancing and we will continue to follow health guidelines and directives.
