TAKE THE SURVEY HERE: https://nalhd.sjc1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6RSUM9mVsDbrNxY The Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department (ELVPHD) is looking for your input in this survey to provide information about the health of our communities that is not available from other sources. Your input will help to identify key health needs throughout our four-county service area and will help guide our efforts and plans in the future. All who live, work or attend school in Burt, Cuming, Stanton and Madison Counties are invited to take this survey. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. This survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. As a thank you, all adults age 19 and older who reside in the ELVPHD service area (Burt, Cuming, Stanton and Madison Counties) may enter a drawing for a $250 grocery gift card when you complete the survey (one will be given away in each of our 4 counties). Confidentiality: The data will be reviewed and reported in summary only. Those who are interested in taking part in the grocery gift card drawing can do so by clicking the link at the conclusion of the survey in order to register with their contact information to ensure that answers to the health questions remain anonymous. Again, thank you for taking the time to help with this important project.

Our 3rd Grade students played Jenga to review for their MAP math test! 🟥🟦🟨 Students had to pick a colored card and answer the question correctly. If correct, they were able to move a block with that same color! Each color of card was programmed with a different math skill such as fractions, multiplication, time, etc. Their hard work will definitely pay off! #cadetpride⚔️
