Our 6th graders dove into a creative CER (Claim, Evidence, & Reasoning) investigation to solve the mystery of Humpty Dumpty! After deciding H.D.'s fate, they built their own walls and designed catapults to see if they could knock a fellow classmate’s H.D. off the wall.

Reminder for Seniors: We will be placing orders for caps/gowns/tassels and stoles tomorrow. You will need to bring a credit or debit card to pay for your stole which should cost about $17. The school pays for the cap/gown/tassel.

Cadet Alumni Update
This past Friday night Cadet Alumni, Brandon Mitzel and Kris Pena, competed against each other at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Brandon is in his senior year at Wayne State College and Kris is in his freshman year at Southeast Community College.
West Point-Beemer Alumni, Cooper Colson will be continuing his wrestling career at Nebraska this next season competing for the Huskers. Cooper spent the last two years at Iowa Central before graduating this past spring and moving on to UNL.

Lesly Sanchez brought home a 13th place medal.
In the boys race, Evan Hittle placed 10th.

It was 2020 Homecoming Week!
Homecoming includes themed dress up days, hallway decorating, class competitions to award a ‘Spirit Stick’ winner, and the Coronation & Dance! 🪩 #ThrowbackThursday
On Tuesday, September 10th, we will be conducting annual health screenings for our students in Grades K-4 and Mrs. Streeter's preschool class. Then, on Tuesday, October 1st, we will be conducting annual health screenings for students in PK, 7th, and 10th Grade.
We are looking for volunteers to help guide our students through the stations. We will begin at 8:00 AM each day. If you are interested, please contact Katie Anderson (school nurse), Ana Garcia (elementary secretary), or Maricela Perez (high school secretary). Thank you!
