On Tuesday night the West Point-Beemer One Act held their annual Public Performance Night at the Nielsen Center!

7th-grade students attended the 2023 Nebraska Athletics Life Skills Sportsmanship Pep Rally at Pinnacle Bank Arena. Great opportunity to hear from Nebraska athletes about what it takes to be successful in life and athletics! Students were then able to watch the Husker girls basketball tipoff game! #Cadetpride
Congratulations to the West Point-Beemer students who were selected as part of the East Husker Conference Honor Choir!
These students auditioned earlier this school year and were selected by a panel of judges to participate in the EHC Honor Choir. The selected students traveled to Wisner on Monday and participated in an all day clinic then performed a concert on Monday evening alongside side students from all of the East Husker Conference schools!
Students from West Point-Beemer were: Lizbeth Gonzalez, Aiden Smith, Taylyn Maas, Nicole Parker, Vanessa Santana, Jenna Draper, Ally Wolken, and Jahida Abundes.

On Friday, Mrs. Schneider's Spanish 4 class took a field trip to El Mueso Latino , a Latin Muesum in Omaha!
The students were able to tour the Muesum and learn more about the Latino culture and arts!
The West Point FFA Chapter spent the week out in Indianapolis at the National FFA Convention this past week.
The scheduled delivery date for the Krispy Kreme doughnuts as part of the FCCLA fundraiser is set for Saturday, November 11th. FCCLA members will be responsible for the delivery on that day.
Juniors and Seniors: ACT is offering the following. "Students who pay to register for the December 2023 ACT will receive a discount code that can be used to take another ACT® test for free. The 2023/2024 Dinklage Alumni Application is now available on the school's webpage! Please submit application and supporting documentation(unofficial transcript and/or class schedule) to Mrs. Knaak via email or mail by December 15. Reminder: Class of 2023 graduates do not need to resubmit an application for this year; they do need to send documentation.

The West Point-Beemer Volleyball Team will play Kearney Catholic on Saturday at 5:30 PM. This game will take place at Kearney Catholic High School.
SUB-DISTRICT CHAMPS!!! The West Point-Beemer Cadet Volleyball Team is the C1-4 Sub District Champions! The Cadets will advance on to the District Final on Saturday. Their opponent will be decided once all of the sub-districts are complete.

The Cadets will play the winner of Logan-View/Scribner-Snyder and Omaha Nation.
We are now signing up girls basketball players in grades K-8 for winter skills! Practices and games will take place over November-January and are open to all girls.
