NEW SCHOOL RECORD!!! Congratulations to Peyton Penrose on setting a new West Point-Beemer School Record for the Most Made Three-Point Field Goals in a Single Season! He surpassed the previous record of 59, set by Tate Toelle in the 2015-16 season, and has already reached 65—with more games left to play! #cadetpride

This week we will be hosting parent teacher conferences on Thursday, February 13th from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We had a great turnout last year and are hoping to surpass those numbers this year. We would love to see you there! There is NO SCHOOL for students on this date, also! #cadetpride⚔️

STATE BOUND!! Congratulations to Ava Mahnke and Lizbeth Gonzalez who have punched their ticket to the Girls State Wrestling Tournament! Ava finished in 2nd place in her bracket and Lizbeth finished 3rd. The Girls State Wrestling Tournament will be in Omaha on Tuesday, February 18th and Wednesday, February 19th! #cadetpride

The West Point-Beemer Speech Team traveled to Wayne this weekend to compete in the Wayne High Classic! Team Result: 3rd out of 17 teams! The West Point-Beemer Boys Wrestling Team finished their regular season strong today at Wakefield finishing as TEAM CHAMPS!! Individual Medalists were: Tanner Renner and Manny Figueroa were champions of their bracket! Omar Garcia finished as runner-up. Layton Schroeder, Wyatt Miserez and Angel Perez finished in 3rd place. During the school year, they hosted an Open House during American Education Week in November, a Sweetheart Ball in February, had many Student Workers during the year, and lots of other fun memories to look back on from the school year! #throwbackthursday #cadetpride⚔️

The West Point-Beemer FCCLA visited Mercy Meals in Norfolk and packaged 3,456 meals to help fight world hunger and combat malnutrition. This effort followed their "Change for Change" drive in November, where the donations they collected allowed them to contribute over $200 to cover the cost of these meals. Many of their members wanted to participate because they remembered packing meals at Mercy Meals during Ms. Kruger's class in elementary school #FCCLA #nefccla

Today our JAG (Jobs for America’s Graduates) students had the opportunity to travel to Wayne State College for a college visit! #cadetpride⚔️

The Cadet Volleyball team will be hosting their 1st Annual Spring Craft Fair on Saturday, April 26th at West Point-Beemer High School! The event will run from 9am-3pm. Our east doors will open at 7:00 am on the morning of. Please have the booth area cleaned up by 4:30 pm. Limited spots available, so please get your applications in! If you or someone you know would like to be a vendor in the event, below is the flyer information and vendor application. Applications are due April 11th. We are hosting two East Husker Conference Tournament Quarterfinal games this evening– come on out for some great basketball action!
