The 2016-2017 school year theme, “Small Town, Big Dreams!”, was all about chasing big goals while staying true to our roots.
The staff made a difference every day, the FCCLA members made their mark, and there was no shortage of determination and grit from the Cross Country team!

Congratulations to the West Point-Beemer JH Volleyball Teams on their finishes at their home tournament! 🏐
The WPB "A Team" brought home the title as CHAMPIONS of the A Division! 💥

All 10th grade students will be touring UNO on Thursday, Oct 2nd. We will leave at 8:15 and return by 2:30. Lunch will be provided. Please be sure your student dresses for the weather and wears appropriate shoes for walking.

Our 6th graders spent this beautiful day at Conservation Day at Summit Lake! 🌳
Students discovered the importance of protecting our natural resources while enjoying the lake. Summit Lake was created by the Papio-Missouri River NRD and is managed for recreation by the NE Game and Parks Commission. The site, near Tekamah, NE features fishing, camping, picnicking and nature trails.

An exciting 1948-1949 school year!
This year brought some exciting new opportunities, like the very first Driver’s Training course at school, plus the weekly Cadets on the Air radio program. Add in the creativity of the art exhibit, the hard work of FFA, and the school spirit of Pep Club, and you’ve got a year full of learning, leadership, and pride.
