Our 6th graders spent this beautiful day at Conservation Day at Summit Lake! 🌳

Students discovered the importance of protecting our natural resources while enjoying the lake. Summit Lake was created by the Papio-Missouri River NRD and is managed for recreation by the NE Game and Parks Commission. The site, near Tekamah, NE features fishing, camping, picnicking and nature trails.

An exciting 1948-1949 school year!

This year brought some exciting new opportunities, like the very first Driver’s Training course at school, plus the weekly Cadets on the Air radio program. Add in the creativity of the art exhibit, the hard work of FFA, and the school spirit of Pep Club, and you’ve got a year full of learning, leadership, and pride.
