Last week, our 5th graders put their creativity to the test by making camouflaged butterflies and hiding them around the science room! 🦋🔍
Mr. Lewis & Mrs. Hatterman’s kindergarteners then went on a butterfly hunt to see how many they could spot. A fun mix of science, art, and discovery!

Parents: We will be offering the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) this fall for interested 10th-12th grade students. This assessment helps students identify strengths and how they can align with different careers. It can also be used by the military to determine eligibility for enlistment. This theme reflected the adventurous spirit of the late ’60s. With the moon landing on the horizon, youth culture booming, and new opportunities in academics, athletics, and the arts, students were encouraged to explore, grow, and look toward the future with curiosity and optimism.

Our preschool air conditioners are currently not working properly, and parts will not arrive until Friday. With the upcoming forecast, ALL preschool classes are postponed until Monday, August 25.

Our students practiced bus evacuations today to make sure everyone knows what to do in case of an emergency. We’re proud of how seriously they took the drill and grateful to our drivers for keeping safety a top priority! 🚌✅
